Tonight when I was playing on the server like usual I noticed something in chat. The chat message said that someone wanted to buy some liquid glass from someone so I wanted to earn some money from it. But when I tped to their place I was killed by them. Later in the night I joined back on the server. The the person in charge of killing and scamming me said that all of my very important items were gone including my armor, jetpack, Shovel, axe and 2 quadruple batterys. I hope I can get all of my important armor back and have fun on this server. One of the person's name is Rkutsler and he says there was a glitch with the gravestone and everything in it got destroyed.

In that case, you should do 2 things:

First, you should post the complain on complain subforum, there is a form on it and wait for staffs, he should be banned very soon

Second, make refund request, use template pinned on this subforum, about 1-2 days staffs will refund for you
