Wipe Request because the last wipe was a long timo ago.

its in for a need of a server wipe it has been a very long time and the restarts are getting more frequent

it's about 8 months i think since last wipe, I did checked the server for wipe at the beginning of the month and the map was still ok then, I will re-check it next week
