Description of Issue: I was trying to fuel my moon buggy on the overworld. I accidently boarded the buggy and when I tried to get out, I suffocated in the sand beneath me and fell through the world, with all my held stuff lost.

By chance was this meant for our Tekkit 1.6.4 server. It seems that way as you mention a moon buggy and Direwolf 1.12 does not contain those.
