Reactivate premium claim blocks

Dear Staff,

I just noticed that I only have 20 claim blocks on Direwolf 1.7.10 again.

/workbench and /enderchest still works and I have the prefix ingame, so it appears the rank is still partly working.

There is a screenshot with proof of the account currently (partly) working on DW20. I also had a Market Merchant, but I did buy those things without being logged into paypal or anything, so I don't have any receipt (for DW20 at least).
