Description of Issue: I got stuck in an RFTools dimension once again after teleporting to Smiley, idk why he'd teleport me to a dim that people are dying in but oh well. 

(I figured out why it happens now. If you die in an rftools dimension and time out before respawning, you get stuck.)

I need my player data reverted to the time above because I can't move at all or use chat/commands once again.
