Money purchases are a single time use, if you have a donator rank though you will get the bonus money from that, but you would need to do a rank reactivation if you have not yet.

I have a Sponsor+ Rang........ and lost my money at the last server reset.

I reactivated your rank should show up within 15 minutes of login.

After each server wipe you will need to make a post for a rank reactivation to get claim, money and etc back.
