Date/Time of Purchase: 31/5/2018 Items/Rank Bought: Premium Screenshots (Optional): Any other important information: There was a Premium+ user online on the evening of 9/8/2019 who had the same issue, so it appears that the town claim limit hasn't updated as well for other "old" premium users.
