Description of what happened: (In chronological order) So I was talking to my Allies and I decided to ask to use his runes. He accepted it and I found a negative gravity ring in his chest. I took a look at it and it got a spawned by Lukeyduke1227 on it which is already breaking the rules (Rule Number #4) because GoatSwag0723 is not part of his nor our town. GoatSwag0723 then told me that he acquired it from the market! I then started asking our clan members for who ever receive an item from Luke, turn outs that Kijin12 also bought the same item of the market.

He built most of the clan base. He is the clan's co owner. I also gave him an access to my claim (Town Claim) which makes him part of it.
