Description of Issue: ME Drives turned into weird blocks, no drives in them anymore, alot of high amounts missing from ME, broke one and just a normal drive with nothing popped out.

Town Rollback couldn't figure out where the two chunks you gave two coords in the same chunk. So I did it 3x3 around the coords.
