Description of Issue: Was trying to see which enchants i could get on my awakened ichor sword, but got kicked with a "fatal error" when i came back in, the sword was gone its not in my inventory not in the enchanting table

Or can i change it to a refund request?

For a single items, it would of course be better for a refund.
And when doing a Rollback you NEED to add a Date/Timezone or else I am just guessing.
But regardless your Inventory has been Rollback.

well didnt think i would have gotten the roll back 24 hours later.

so didnt get the sword back, but now also lost the new one with enchants, 32 awakened draconium cores i had bartered from liaudiesPriases and my awakened ichor helmet.

Do i set it up as a new refund request or just write it here as a response.

 

there were also some things that were duplicated, i placed them in a separate chest, do i just destroy them?

I would destroy any duplicates, I can either revert my rollback we do a refund, or we can just do a refund now.

Think i will just ask for a refund, at any rate i have destroyed the duplicated items.

the important things were 2 awakened Ichor swords, 1 cowl of the abyssal depths, 32 awakened draconium cores. anything else i can just easily get back myself
