Hello, i recently bought a donor rank (the second to last rank) for the direwolf20 server, and my commands arent working, they were after i bought them initially but not anymore, anyone help?

The package has been marked as 'CHARGEBACK'. This status sets your rank back to default.

If you didn't make a chargeback on the payment, you will need to contact brunyman about this.

@brunyman hey, i bought a donor rank on dw20 1.12 server, 56$ rank like 49.99 in Euros. but there was never a charge back? all i have is an outgoing record of said rank/donor, if i could get my rank back, you can keep the $$ thats fine by me. 

if you need like a transactions list i have one on paypal i can post

i cant even connect to the server anymore? it doesnt even show up on the server list, can i get a refund on the donor rank? (56$)
