Lost all of my items

So, I hopped on the server to play skyfactory. I voted, got my keys and opend the crates. I got some good stuff. I go back to my island and all of my items were gone.

Make a refund request under the right modpack's technical support section following the template and explaining the issue, and a staff member will refund the items asap.
