Description of Issue: I teleported to spawn and saw a sign "/is create" and i did it and lot all my stuff...

We only backup the server 2-3 times a day, since the timegap between when you had all your stuff and when you ran /is create is probably small there's a good chance it can't be rolled back.

Make a refund request follwing the template and listing what you lost instead (if it was crate rewards you can simply say how many keys you had).
