Kirto2006, first of all:

You didn't use this template, which had happened quite a few times. We use this so we can clearly see the information we need.

Secondly, this is the 2nd time in the span of a week that you seek for a refund request, and in both of these requests they have been player-caused errors, or in other words, you were responsible for the loss of your items.

Thus, your request has been denied.
