Description of Issue: 

Hello,

I accidentally destroyed my Base with the Draconic Staff of Power, with the 11x11x11 radius. But I couldn't pick up my stuff I destroyed, because the Server cleared all items on the ground right after my mistake. So it would be nice if I could get a town roll back for the two Chunks.
