Description of Issue: Was just teleporting home like normal.  Had a death totem on and was just droping off some loot...when bam!  my totem went off and I died...it said I suffocated in a wall...again nothing to obstruct my set home location....everything was fine before this...

just wanna add this has happened like a lot to other players to its some weird glitch, and it happens out of nowhere. I've seen it happen to other players and myself too. Its been active for a long time too idk why it hasn't been fixed yet.
