Description of Issue : Server restart seems to have set the world back by arround 20 minutes, i was not the only one to lose stuff many ppl complained in chat.
Evidence:   payed 4000 dollars to __ZIGI__ for the Certus Quartz just before setback, money is gone although other stuff got reset
