Time/Date (Post a time/date when everything was fine): 10- 20 mins before this happend Description of Issue: I was in the nether fighting a Ghast and I died and when i did /back i died and i had no grave, and I had a Keeping 1 charm equiped cant give a Screenshot of the Items because I did not get the Important Obituarys.
