my island crashes the server

24.01.2021 Before 23: 00 everything was fine but after a sudden restart of the server, every time I tried to join the server it would crash and write something like this [proxy] lost connection to the server after several attempts to join the server it would shut down again but Finally I teleported to the spawn and now I could join the server normally, but when I entered the island the server crashed and I do not know what to do, because before restarting it was fine and my island did not lag the server and now I can not do anything because when I teleport to the island the server crashes please help

I didn't ask to restart the whole island, I only asked to be able to continue playing, because when I joined the server the [proxy] lost connection server and the server crashed and now there is literally nothing on my island, please return the items, because everything on the loading parts has been deleted, which is everything I had and I had a lot

Since there was a server migration between now and the time you requested, sadly we don't have backups for your region from before they started causing this issue.

So instead I'm trying to nail down the source and the current state was just to nail down that it was in one of those 4 chunks, I plan to bring back areas bit by bit to reduce the damage. Since each iteration needs a server restart the recovery will be spread over a few iterations to prevent it from affecting the experience of the other players.

how long will it take to restore the island fragments, because I remind you that I waited 13 days for a solution to my problem with the island and all I got was the loss of everything, literally everything, because I had everything on the fragments loading the island and everything was lost, all progress from the game were removed you don't have to give an exact date when I will recover the entire island, but please give an approximate date if possible

I managed to find the exact chunk that was causing the issue, sadly after many tries it seems many blocks were causing it in that area and I wasn't able to bring anything from that chunk.
You can make a list here with the things that you had on that chunk and they will be refunded manually.

3/4 of the fragments have been restored but one fragment of the island has not been restored but I can list the items you need to return but you will not be able to return these items because there are too many if you return them yourself it will take you about 7 days and about 10 hours a day to sit and return so I don't know if there is a point in writing everything down because there are too many items to return so tell me what to do now because now there is nothing from the main fragment of the island so in short tell me if there is a point in making this list and if you will be able to return these items

Hi HiroHamada,

After 10 hours working on it i refunded all your items except the Draconic ingots.
As you can see your post was edited with checkmark, this due to keep track of what i had to refund and what i've already.
ALL your resources are splitted in 5 different 1024k ME Disks into 5 ME Drives in 3 chunks. DO NOT MOVE them into 1 single chunk or you RISK TO CORRUPT the chunk again, so leave them there until you make a better Applied System spreaded in different chunks and not in only 1.

I'll work to get the Draconic Ingots thru D34DPlayer, probably it's going to take some time.

I'll leave this ticket opened for other 2 days or until i refund your Draconic Ingots too.
