Dome full of water in the middle of the island

Hello, I would need help on the island on Sky factory 3, my friend opened a big chance cube in the middle of the island, and now I got a 50x50x50 glass dome on the island full of water, so I was wandering is there any help to it, or do I have to create a new one, cause removing it is not working very well, is it possible to rollback the island for like 48 hours or some mod/admin come to server and remove it by command PLS
