Rank town blocks - How do they work? (IGN: SinKane)

HI there,

I purchased Premium for GTNH, and it comes with 112 town blocks. I don't know how to use them, I can't seem to find the right commands. Some other players said it's just an expansion on the block cap per player, but that doesn't seem right to me. I am still being charged for claiming blocks for the town but the block amount allocated to me is not going down. I assume it's like other packs in that these blocks are given and can be used free of charge (similar to golden shovel claim blocks in other packs) 

How can I use the town blocks that were given based on the rank I purchased?

Once you've reached your normal player blocks of 132, you go on to use the 112, so imagine it like this

Normal player: 132 blocks

VIP and up: 132 (+112 on top of their current ones)
