idk how to get the quest ID the f3+h does nothing (Quest ID#877). It's under the adept thaumaturgy tree and called "Scepter with 75 vis capacity"

I gathered and crafted everything the quest needed but it does not recognize the scepter as completed even when the detect button is pressed. It is the correct scepter and I have tried it with 0 vis and with full vis.
