WolfezAlt
Hello, I was traveling from spawn to explore the sand biome area, until I came across a base containing some object or material with a very large NBT tag that got me chunkbanned. Each time I log in, I get kicked for the same NBT read error. The image attached to this post depicts the following text: Quote Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Tried to read NBT tag that was too big; tried to allocate: 2097170bytes where max allowed: 2097152 Is there any method on my end that I could attempt to solve this issue? I am running Minecraft 1.16.5 DireWolf20 Modpack through the FTBapp client on a MacBook air with an M1 ARM64 Silicon processor with about 2-3GB (I think) of an available 8GB RAM allocated to the instance. The JRE arguments that I use when running my instance are: -XX:+UnlockExperimentalVMOptions -XX:+UseG1GC -XX:G1NewSizePercent=20 -XX:G1ReservePercent=20 -XX:MaxGCPauseMillis=50 -XX:G1HeapRegionSize=32M If a solution is discovered, please let me know. 3XJ
Hi, Please use this unstuck package to be teleported back to spawn on login. This should remove the "chunkban". https://craftersland.buycraft.net/category/1347141 Do you know the coordinates of where you are stuck? This will help us locate and fix the problem. If not, I hope the unstuck package fixes this for you. If it does not, please reply back here so we can try other options. Also, I'm not sure if this changes when using apple silicon but most modpacks require 4-8gb of ram to function properly. I would recommend increasing your ram allocation to 4gb to reduce problems in the future
