Steve's Carts vanished immediately after placed

Few days ago, when I built steve's cart to help in automatic wood farm for firebox, when placed it on the rail the cart disappeared and I have posted a refund request at here.

But after @SadN0x refunded for me, my next steve's cart I constructed from refund item also disappeared immediately after I place it. Looks like this is a bug because the last time I constructed and place it worked normally for a while (usually 1-2 weeks) before disappeared and by that time I don't need it anymore. Can someone looks for this problem and fix it?  Because this is the most effective method to automate the wood farm and turned it to charcoal to generate steam and run steam dynamo, in return of a a large amount of diamonds for beginner. Thank you very much
