Jimmel Posted April 19, 2022 Posted April 19, 2022 @achilesx When you're on the store, you can either buy specific server packages (ranks, name tags, kits, etc.) or choose to make a "free donation" to support the server and help keep the lights on, in which case you get nothing in return. Apparently, you made a free donation and that's why you didn't get anything in return. If you'd like to pick something else that's equivalent in price to the amount you paid, feel free to browse the store and let us know what you want. We appreciate your support!
