My in-game character is glitched out

Making this for a friend but Sugar_Bee25's character got pelted by a snowball by KidFlash then Sugar's character got lowered to 0 hearts. On his screen, it is slanted as if he's dying but he cannot die. No amount of lava or hitting or /suicide will help the problem. If a complete character reset is necessary, please remove the items out of Sugar's inventory before resettings, thanks. 
People say that deleting the profile info would do the trick.
