Improperly loaded commands after update to modpack version 1.12

After update to modpack version 1.12, multiple commands has stopped working.

Rough list of the ones that I and others have tested.

Doesn't work:

• /sethome
• /back
• /bal (reported in-game chat by others)
• /warp (reported in-game chat by others)
• /fly (reported in-game chat by others)
• /feed (reported in-game chat by others)

Works:

• /home
• /spawn

Seems that commands has started to work again. So this is no longer an issue.
