    for a refund request you have to list the items but since it sounds like you lost a LOT of items a rollback request would be more appropriate:

    At the Sep 21, 2022 @ 19:12:04.751 you issued the command t leave delete that removed your claim protection at that town and OnyxINTP created a new town there at the Sep 24, 2022 @ 00:06:32.912. But seeing that the Town is clearly made by you, the town ownership is transferred back to you.

    yes chests that are in the same chunk as a multiblock structure like the smeltery can wipe the chest. List the approximate amount of keys you used and list all other items that are not from the vote crate below:
