Unfortunately you lost your inventory 2 hours after your first join so there wasn't a backup with your items. I manually refunded the items that you listed, if there's anything else missing make a list and I will refund them as well.

Ice Bomb quest removed as the item is restricted. For the Pirat Hat one, it seems it is impossible to craft it indeed and it's a problem with the modpack itself. You can still get the archeologist from the Cheesy Lootbox, so I guess that's the intended way to get it, at least for the first one. I don't know much about the Rats mod so there could also be other methods to get the archeologist upgrade.

The "Not online" means that you aren't connected with mojang's auth servers, that's perfectly normal if you are using the cracked version. You can still join our servers perfectly fine, just try a few more times if it throws you an error.
