to change the island biome of your island(s) you can do /is setbiome and then press TAB to see all the biomes that are available, after you chose a biome do /is setbiome biomename island (or chunk) to change the biome, after that go to spawn for 5 seconds and back and it should changed, for example: /is setbiome void island makes your island biome a void biome. you can also copy this syntax: /is setbiome void island or /is setbiome void chunk paste it in the chat and just replace ""VOID"" with another biome and then send it in chat, go to spawn for 5 secs. and back and it should change. it's cause you have enabled the search function from JEI, just open your inventory, doubleclick the serachbar and it should be gone.

item frames, etc. can only be placed by an admin or higher at the spawn, and yes the shop had item frames, but they're somehow gone and item frames are buggy, they vanish often, maybe the managers could change the plugin for the spawn shop, but not sure if they do or will... for the commands, you need to wait for a manager to grant them, but pls be patient until it's done.

i found a second island from you if you're at the server do /is tp and then click the first entry in the chat to tp there, the second (or first?) island was deleted.
