Yes, leads DO work on Ice And Fire mobs, but it's tricky. Sadly, I couldn't get any screen shots of my hippogryph before it despawned.

It seems that whenever a player dies, clear lag hits INSTANTLY and wipes all their items away for good. This has been complained about on the server for WEEKS and now it's come to the point where I lost all my baubles, my only set of armor, all my tools and weapons, and all my xp levels. If you're going to make a server, make it right! Fix the clear lag issue!

Would the wipe be done before the new year, or will it be done on the new year? I just joined the server last week and I still want to tinker around and learn new stuff about RLCraft before the wipe.
