It may seem convenient, but IC2 is meant to facilitate automation, and if everything can be conjured, then there's not much need for any automation. At that point, you might as well just use creative mode. I would, however, be in favor of adding IC2 recipes to Crafting Table IV. That would at least offer a reprieve from individually crafting some of the more tedious items.

I agree it's time for a refresh, and I mirror the sentiment above. Over the last couple of months, the topic has come up frequently in in-game chat, and I've seen very little opposition. Well-established players, including myself, would rather sacrifice everything we've built for a QOL improvement for gameplay and server community. I've seen a couple of newer players who were hesitant to agree but were easily convinced that the pros outweigh the cons. The majority of newer players either wholeheartedly agree on a reset or abandon ship early on due to tps issues. To help facilitate gameplay wellness, I've also thrown my name into the hat to represent CraftersLand. There's no reason Tekkit2 can't continue as a thriving server community with the right support.

I reached out to the card processor. Eventually, the issue was resolved behind the scenes. I never found out what the problem or the solution was.

Thanks for the prompt follow-up. No error. Just says declined. I even tried a prepaid credit card, PayPal, and Google Pay. Same outcome no matter what. _mrtoastybuns_ tested his own transaction and had no trouble, and he then tried my purchase on my behalf and got declined. Whatever the problem, it seems to be associated with my profile. There haven't been any NSF transactions or chargebacks. The charges keep going through successfully and then get voided by the merchant. I'm completely stumped. The screenshot below was from 8:00 pm EST on 7/21, and it's the same message I've gotten each time.
