Hey there, are these items connected to an Applied Energistics 2 ME system? Inscribers on AE2 (assuming that's the mod) will vanish / break if a security terminal is connected. This only effects some servers, and the fix is to put a blank Biometrics card with all permissions inside the terminal. I am assuming you mean AE2, if not, i apologise Hope this helps
