If you actually think that my previous report was regarding Devil deciding to leave my area then let me clarify that I even said very clearly in my previous post, "It is his build and he is free to do whatever he likes with it." I encourage managers to actually read the reports so they can understand specifically what the forum report is regarding and the issue I am addressing. I was simply providing context to the situation which I have done with every single post prior. I was told to provide any information for any report that I felt was relevant to the issue so that is what I did.

I was told by a manager to not hesitate to report any issues that may occur so this is what I did. The previous response to my previous post demonstrated that specifically Manyouforgot doesn't seem to understand the purpose of my post but I understand that you're struggling to keep up with the issues. I was told I would be banned for something that people do every day so I am doing what I was told by managers to do. Not hesitate to make a report to get ahead of the issue. The insults and condescension aren't necessary nor pertinent but if it makes you feel better you're free to be as rude as you like. What I wanted was the statue dealt with that was built outside my claim after players were told not to mess with other people's bases and to get ahead of the issue of being threatened to be banned. I was told quote, "not to hesitate to make another report regarding any issue." So that is what I did. Should I disregard that? I was told, "u will figure it out dw," in regards to the further reciprocity from a staff member. Considering the context of my previous issues I feel this completely warrants a report, which again I was told to do by managers regarding any issue and not to hesitate. I apologize for the paraphrasing but I don't think I misinterpreted anything and if I did then I apologize but I'm sure you can understand from my perspective how that comes across when you say verbatim, "u will figure it out dw."

This screen shot says everything it needs to. All I want is for rules to be enforced fairly and to not be held to a double standard.

This is truly ridiculous that I have to make another report but unfortunately I feel it's best to get ahead of the issue. I was informed by managers that if I have any further issues to contact staff I trust instead of starting conflicts. So I reached out to Devil regarding the statue that someone had built outside my area. This resulted in a conflict between me and Devil regarding him warning me of my conflict starting, which I had already served punishment for and hadn't done since, and that he there was nothing he could do about the statue. After explaining that I am simply doing what the managers have asked me to do and to please pass it to them he agreed to do so. I had then asked Devil why he had built so close to my build without asking if this way alright. This seemed to upset him and he immediately took steps to destroy/move the build to a different location. I told him repeatedly this was not needed and I was simply requesting to be more considerate in the future. He refused to listen and continued to take steps to move the build, which is totally okay. It his build and can move it wherever he wants. However this seemed to sour the mood between us. Later on I used an ender tool to go inside devil's base to tour it and see how it looked. This is something that has been done to my base almost daily by both friends and people I am feuding with. As soon as I did it I was told it was griefing and a helper told the mod to ban me for it. I have never once been warned of this and frankly thought it was fine because of how often people have done it with my base. I asked if it was griefing to go inside a base and I got no response. Concerned I messaged Devil who I had previously thought I shared an acquaintance with. I asked, "are we cool?" They replied, "I am going to stop with bs and act like the rest of staff does towards you." I asked him to elaborate. He said, "you'll see." Unfortunately it now appears I am being singled out and targeted by two different members of staff. If I get a punishment for the ender tool being used to enter the base I can accept that, despite the fact I received no warning for it nor did I know it was against the rules. All that I would ask is that an investigation takes places to hold everyone who performs the same action responsible and handled the same way it is for me. I have a screen shot of our conversation if it is necessary to provide. The time logs of our conversation are likely between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. midwestern standard time if you would like to check the chat logs. Thank you again for your time and your understanding.

Your reciprocity is much appreciated. If I continue to have issues I will report them. There is on other incident I wish to report. I am topvoter on the server. I had no idea what this meant. Newlumber saw I was topvoter for weeks and said nothing about my perks. Bootetoballs or something like the my apologies if I got the username incorrect informed me I had perks. So newlumber and boot tp'ed me to me to show me my perks. They encouraged me to see how high the speed went. I was scared after speed 40 and never again. On a later date I was using flight and people were asking me about my perks so I shared about how I could go up to a very high speed but it is scary and I don't do it to play, just for fun, like when I was doing it with boot and NewLumber. Well I guess my perks upset some people and they reported to NewLumber that I had been abusing perks when he knew full well that I only went above speed 5 because he prompted me to. Later on I was issued a warning from NewLumber regarding the issue and when I tried to defend myself he warned me to drop it or I would receive a mute. Frankly this is simply one of many incidents that NewLumber seems to almost be targeting me for punishment. I don't know exactly what I did to upset him so much but I am very appreciative that I have staff that I can go to that will approach issues with a consistent standard that adheres to the rule. I don't really have any other pertinent information. People are claim camping me and attempting to kill me as I am trying to build my castle and when I express frustration I am told to be quiet or I get muted. When I continue I get muted but when they continue they are not punished. Furthermore the hate speech is really my main issue. I really just want people to not use hate speech and rules enforced to avoid this.

This is the second time I was muted when others were not for the same thing. Furthermore I encourage managers to go through and see I never use any form of hate speech when others blatantly do and receive no punishment for it. I find that kind of speech abhorrent and is a clear violation of the rules. I encourage a manager to get involved so that a no-tolerance policy towards hate speech can be adopted instead of the person trying to keep hate speech of the server receiving a mute. Again, I'm happy to take the mute even though it was simply for defending myself which is not against any rule. All I ask is that the rules are enforced. Thank you again for your time.

There has been multiple issues regarding people messing with me. And when I try to defend myself they go crying to mods. Newlumberjack has warned us all to stop. But when they continue they get no punishment. When I continue I get a mute. Futhermore, Astralry called me a, "retard," in all chat. This is a blatant violation of the rule regarding hate speech. This is clear favoritism from the admin NewLumberJack and I request a manager gets involved. I am happy to take the mute. But everyone who continued should also be muted, especially people in clear violation of the rule regarding no use of hate speech. Otherwise it's kind of like you're condoning hate speech isn't it? The time log is between 3 - 5 p.m. midwestern american times for you to go through the chats. Thank you for your time. It's a shame it's even come to this.

I have no proof, no screen shots, and don't remember the exact date and time of the incidents which is why I didn't include any of that. I appreciate your assistance but I think I will simply leave things as they are for now.

I have been requested by a mod to make a complaint regarding the multiple issues I have had from other players. Since the incident with neutralone I have been attempted claim killed 2 other times separate from the first time Neutralone tried to. They are always invisible and I wasn't fast enough to type near to catch them before they were gone. Unfortunately I do not know who was responsible for the other 2 times. Furthermore today there were people in my base trying to fear me and push me out the door, assuming so they can claim kill me on legitimate terms. I also have experienced people attempting to kill me after I tp to warp end and warp rtp. There are people sitting there invisible waiting to target people so they can pk them. Frankly I wasn't sure if there was any recourse and so I didn't make a complaint. But I was told by a mod that it is a good idea so I am submitting a complaint. I frankly don't know what punishment or rule enforcement applies here. I know this is a pvp server therefore I am not sure what is and isn't allowed regarding forced pushing out of someone's claim so they can be killed outside claim. A claim rollback to 4 p.m. midwestern american time. I was naked in my base before I logged off because people have been claim kill targeting me. Wish I could say specifically but they were invisible every time. So everything was in chests. Thank you for your time.

Hello once again I am asking for a refund if possible. I apologize for asking again. I was putting stuff on from chests because I have been afk'ing naked in base due to people attempting to claim kill me. As I was putting things on the server reset. When I returned I saw that my bauble had disappeared. No big deal, I informed NewLumberJack of the incident just to report information. However upon further inspection I saw that my maxed Ice Dragon-Bone nunchucks had also disappeared. Unfortunately, unlike the bauble, these are something that I would like to get refunded or even roll-backed on my claim as I haven't made any progress. The time was approx 5:40 p.m. eastern standard time. My base coordinates are -183, 72, 1169. The ice dragon bone nunchucks had the following enchantments: Advanced Mending, Supreme Sharpness 5, Clear Skies favor 6, True Strike, Parry, Critical Hit, Envenomed 3, Viper 5, Adept 3, and frankly there are more that I am struggling to remember right now which is why I think a rollback might be better then a refund. I don't want to waste a mods time doing all the work to enchant nunchucks again for a refund. Thank you for your time.

Hello this Condoriano42. Players tried to kill me in my base. In the incident the attack destroyed parts of my armor including enchant golem helmet and boots. I was given a full set of golem armor but if you would like you can take back the chest and the pants because only my helmet and boots were destroyed. Since the helmet and boots were already refunded I am requesting a refund of two adv protections. I already have mending and unbreaking but I can't get adv prot 4 because these same players who tried to claim kill me killed all of my friend sharkinators villagers. If possible I am requesting for two adv protection 4 books for the lost armor. I would like to also take the time to apologize for expressing my frustrations so much and asking for help so much. I don't like to ask and I don't like to bother and I wish I didn't have to. If you could refund just those two enchantments it would be much appreciated but if not I understand and I thank you for your time.

I apologize for being a bother but will there be a seperate punishment for the attempted claim kill? Although the two incidents were related, they tried to tp kill me AND claim kill me. Is there any chance of another punishment for the attempted claim kill? Thank you for your time.

Also my apologies I just noticed this but when they tried to kill me when I was inside my house in my claim with the doors closed and on way inside, they broke my fully enchanted golem armor. Could I maybe get a refund or a rollback request? Sorry to add this last second, but I just noticed it some time after the attempted claim kill.

Hello this is Condoriano42. So I apologize for once again asking for assistance but unfortunately I find myself in a situation that I can't seem to handle myself. I want to provide the full context of the situation from my perspective. I encourage any mods involved to go through chat logs to confirm my testimony. That being said I know that's not very easy to do and I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. So from the beginning, I put out in chat I am looking for blood tears. Thepikfan responded they had some so I offered a full golem set for 3 blood tears and they agreed. I made them a chest and a helmet and said this is all I have for now. Let's do these two for now and you can give me one to two blood tears. They chose to gave me two. I told I would finish when I got the materials. I didn't want to grind for the materials just yet and wanted to find long arms and reekers in the lost cities. They have been hard to find and a top priority for me and lot of other players in our group. I go through subways and find a reeker spawn. I announce it in chat because I was excited. Thepikfan asked if they could come and I said they could. They came in creative and went straight into the room I was farming/cheesing. I was confused why he wasn't taking damage. He said he was in creative. I asked him to please leave because me and another mod have had issues with stuff being gathered in lc by a creative player and the spawned by tag needing to be removed with a specific request. Plus I'm fairly certain I saw them going through chests I hadn't gone through yet but I understand they will likely say they did not do that. Anyway I asked them politely to go away and they did. At the same spawn long arms, which have been extremely rare, spawned. I was even more excited so I announced this. Thepikfan asked again to tp. I was nervous but we had this golem situation earlier and we had discussed anime and web comics earlier so I thought we were cool. He wanted to see the long arms he said. So I let him tp. He tp's his friend immediately neutralone. He says, "he's gonna kill you run." And I thought maybe he was kidding. But sure enough Neutralone almost immediately tried to kill me after tp'ing to thepikfan. I had to tp away. I lost the long arm spawn that took me a long time to find. I was verbally angry in the chat with both of them which I will admit was neither helpful nor constructive. I said," no more golem armor I don't trust you or your friend anymore and don't want to ever come close to y'all again. You guys are tp killers, no more golem armor." They start going on and on about how I scammed them and I better make the rest of the armor or I will get banned. So I gave him the two tears back at spawn and got the golem armor back. Frankly this was out of courtesy, not in fear of retribution. I did not scam. I was forthcoming with the golem armor in the beginning and said, here are two pieces pay either 1 or 2 tears, your choice. The fact I let him choose the value if anything cements that this was his choosing and not something I forced into him. This is all visible in chat logs. The only reason I didn't do the rest of the armor is because he and his friend tried to tp kill me and have been nothing but rude since. I have them both ignored now but I was in my claim, and suddenly It was like I was being attacked by an invisible player. Maybe even two. Luckily I am a fast typer but I almost died and I know they would have taken everything. Luckily would just do a rollback request, but frankly it's more the principle. Neutralone had bragged in the chat about how he can claim kill me and worst offense he'll get is a kick for a day. I have no idea how that works and frankly no idea if it was him who tried to kill me. But if there is a player going around killing people in their claim they need to be banned for a significant period of time. Furthermore, because I hold no loyalty to this clan now, thepikfan and neutralone are part of clan DARC. I saw revaqe wearing scarlet armor outside of their claimed area and he is also in the clan DARC. I also had an incident where thebigponyup pretended to have a falling out with this clan to try and lure me into raid world to, "hunt dragons," so that his clan members could come and kill me. I know this is all he said she said and you can't take my word for it. I encourage whoever deals with this to look through the chat logs and look at the timestamps and see for yourself what the truth is. The most important thing to me is not just for my sake but for all players sake that anyone willing to kill people inside their claim should be banned from the server for at least a proper amount of time. I did not die do I do not need any rollback or refund. I am a fast typer. But frankly I almost died and I feel the punishment shouldn't warrant on whether the claim kill was successful or not. Hello this Condoriano42. It appears our base was attacked by dozens of dragons spawned in by a player who has now been banned. In the incident the dragons destroyed parts of my house and caused me to lose armor to try and fend them off. A mod came and resolved the issue but I hope some things I lost can be refunded because of the nature of the issue. These are the following items I am requesting for a refund. Paper Walls about a stack, about a dozen leaves, 2 set of red dragon armor, 2 set of gray dragon armor. -182, 72, 1171 are my base coords. Thank you for your time.

It's ridiculous to think that starting the server over from scratch is going to somehow motivate players to do something they could already be doing. Yeah maybe a few people come back for a week or two and then they'll get bored and stop playing again. All the server wipe accomplishes is alienating new players.

Hello first this is Condoriano42 from the RLcraft server. First and foremost thank you to ManIforgot for helping with the stolen items. It was very much appreciated. Now on to my request for support. I was hunting in the LC with a couple of other players and I had died multiple times. Another player, ducklingsinatree, picked up my stuff for me. I noticed it on a Neptunian helmet but it also happened to my looting sword I got from a crate but hadn't noticed at the time. Tonight a Mod noticed that the looting sword had something called a, "creative tag," on it that says, "Spawned in by DucklingsinaTree." I had assumed at the time it had something to do with the fact that clones of ourselves seemed to be killing us. It would say, 'Condoriano42 has died to Condoriano42," so I assumed it was related and wrote it off. The mod informed me tonight that the, "spawned in by ducklignsinatree," is what's known as a creative tag and is against the rules. I might have glossed over that part of the rules because I didn't really understand it at the time. If need be I can get rid of the helmet and the looting sword but if possible I'd like to keep the looting sword. But I also don't want to break server rules. Is there a resolution? My username is Condoriano42. Someone went into my base and took a lot of end game gear I had in item frames and behind glass. The only way they could have gotten it is by using chorus fruit to get behind glass and take everything. I didn't even know you could break item frames in someone else's build but someone is telling me it's possible. Any assistance would be appreciated. If the items can't be retrieved I understand but I really hope they can. My main concern is making sure whoever is griefing bases is removed from the server or at least suspended for a time.
