Essentially you are running both OSX and Windows at the same time. Basically like having windows in another window. The feature is called BootCamp. Mrbatman Posted December 17, 2015 Share Posted December 17, 2015 The core components of a Mac are generally the same as PC, the most prominent being the CPU and GPU. They run 64bit process so Window should work without any problem. Only problem will be official support for drivers and ofcourse you void your warranty ect. But Windows does out perform Mac OS by far it would be a smart move to do so imo. Mac is more similar to Linux in terms of performance except Linux is bad compared to Windows as well (Steam OS, steam machine runs on Linux) but Linux is open source so It's complex) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
