Chunk Problems

There is a chunk causing some fps drop spikes and maybe it's a chunk problem because I destroyed all block and still have this spikes. I would apreciate some help to staff to verify that

What are the cords?

You need to wait for someone with ability to regenerate land(GM or GM+),just leave coordinates of the chunk here and someone will look in to it later.

This are the coords:

x: -7800

y: 144

z: -3564

 

The area must be full clean?

The fps drops gone but I notice that the chunk updates after you leave that chunk goes above 150

I will give another shot and post if there any issues
