Before you ban anyone don't just straight up ban them because they just said the dimension id when it can be shown via /cofh tps or the dynmap. (5) It is unlikely that someone else bombed Portal. (6) whoever did it, can be traced via console logs. (7) chunk threatened the situation beforehand Thus until proven innocent again chunk will be banned. A appeal can be made to power warp to review logs.
