No Inventory And Can't Work On Island

I havent played for a bit but i decided to get on, after having my password reset, I no longer have my inventory and i can not do anything on the island that i am a part of... not sure what the issue is

The island issue seems to have resolved itself, but i have lost all my inventory items

Make book and quill and write all the stuff you had and a staff member will refund you.
