PR0FESSIONALnoob
I was doing botania and made a pretty good mana gen but when i got on later i noticed it wasnt there. at first i thought an island member moved them or something but then i noticed some dead bushes and realized that it was the flower decay. Can we just have the flower decay off so i dont have to get new flowers every hour?

Marcus
It is in the config file. I don't know if the server and client have to have the same config for it to work though.
PR0FESSIONALnoob
hmm i think i might have fixed it. but if i did then that means anyone can change the decay time which would bring up a new problem edit- i lied i wasnt able to fix it my flowers still died
StarFaded (ShadowEvolve)
To change the decay time for botania flowers: # The amount of time it takes a Passive flower to decay and turn into a dead bush. Defaults to 72000, 60 minutes. Setting this to -1 disables the feature altogether. I:passiveDecay.time=72000 Which is line 97, if using notepad++
Hell
This feature was added to force players to use other flower types, so that players don't stcik to passive flowers (daybloom, nightshade and hydroangeas) to generate mana.
