Description of Issue: i was fighting with withers and i randomly crasch and i cant get back in

nvm i just need the heavy sieve item id 1562 in my inv to be removed and i could be ok

His crash log points to an issue with a Heavy Sieve with ID: 1562 (not 100% sure). This Heavy Sieve needs to be removed.
