I did /home to escape a trap and it glitch me now i have 0 hearts and red can you me inventory please help me.

Skyfactory I believe, he has been playing alot there recently. A player data reset should fix this

The vanilla enderchest items? Yes, most likely. Take a screenshot asap if you want them to be refunded

Make a list of your most valuable items so you can get refunded after a reset.

Also, what kind of trap was it?

chance cube tnt bedrock trap

i had 2 1/2 stack on obsidian  1 god apple diamond armor  7 blue loot bag and 1 yellow, 3 chance cubes 2 stable ingots enchanting table and 20 dirt and my angel wings and star caller sword 31 iron ingots that's all

 

had to edit my 6 green heart canisters and 1 yellow sorry for the edit

A player reset is not neccesary, this is not a glitch it is caused by you opening chance cubes and can be fixed without player reset ill take care of it
