Keep getting Slowness and mining fatigue debuff

Description of the Issue: so i have this problem from a long time ago , i played on this server before (on another island) and had this issue but i just ignored it . now me and my friends wiped the island and again i have the same problem , i'll keep getting the Slowness and Mining fatigue debuff randomly . its not anything in my inventory , i tried everything --- even drinked milk .

anyway i even tried sending ticket and had help but he told me to create a post here and request for a playerdata reset.

A log would help identify what's causing the issue. If you could post that, it would be immensely helpful.

but one of the mods told me that tomorrow is maintaince day so im hopping if you didnt find the problem atleast i can get a playerdata reset

check now, I saved your inventory in a iron chest on your island, does you friend also have this issue?
