Refund World interaction upgrade

Hello

Yesterday some items bugged away in my town, like transport fluid pipes etc. I replaced them that's easy, but also bugged away: 10stacks world interaction upgrades and 2 stacks speed upgrades (cobble for recycler), i made 5stacks world interaction upgrades new, but it would be nice if would get the other 10 stacks back.
