Increase World Border few thousand blocks?

Since it appears a wipe is not going to happen any time soon, is there any way we can get the world border increased slightly? it is near impossible to find a decent sized space to make a town....

Also, anyway we could get town outposts enabled?

Sorry, but i beleive this would be quite hard as the world is stored on a 10gb ram drive, as for town outposts your talking about towny, Mytown is not towny, mytown is a mod, towny is a plugin, so we physically cannot enable that!

A TL:DR version: The map is being loaded on a Ram-Drive - meaning we dedicate some of our ram as a " harddrive " to create a much faster than ssd speeds. Upping the size of the world will drastically increase the size of the world and therefore isn't possible. 

And that's pretty much what nukelar said too..
