Private message and Town Spawn

Doing /MyTown Spawn will teleport you instantly into your town without waiting 2 seconds. The one people use is /town spawn which takes 2 seconds..
Also writing claim in a private message will charge you 5$ for nothing.
Example : /pm MMD Hey claim this.

           - Says that you claimed something.

The town spawn command is useful, I see no reason to remove it other than begging for more problems every time someone gets stuck teleporting on an enderium ocean world or falling out of the world due to lag.

The server should have another system besides the wait on the teleport because it is super annoying. It could be replace by something like CombatTag (I'm not sure if that plugin still works).
