Lost my rank after a name change

My old name was GoToSchoolKids I bought premium+ then I tried to join the server a while later and it was gone I dont know where to post this on here but help please

Well my friend bought me Premium+ and has the receipt i think somewhere in his email it was before the reset happened if that helps anything i cant remember the day he got it for me or any of the details really it was a bit ago

 My post has been up for four hours  and there has been no response .  This post has been up for 18 minutes and got in a Response  almost immediately

problem is on buycraft there is no rank bought on this name GoToSchoolKids, and also on the server there is no rank set on this name. On wipe we do not change ranks, so I need some more details

If its not under that name it might be under LittyFamBruh or YesImAGirlGamer because im the one who bought it for him

ok, found it under this name:  LittyFamBruh,  but there are 2 payments, one for premium+ of 30$ and later upgraded it to Sponsor+ of 40$, a total of 70$ , so if we move the rank we will move the latest one after upgrade Sponsor+, but what's the name you play on now?

The name i play on now is LucidVendetta But litty bought me premium + and he got sponsor+ for himself

Well, the Premium+ was bought on LittyFamBruh, and 2 days later he just upgraded his rank to Sponsor+, he used the same paypal mail and same ip.

The Premium+ rank no longer exist because he upgraded the rank to Sponsor+, so he didn't pay the full price of sponsor+

It's not just that the payment is missing on buycraft, but there is no rank on the server on this name also  GoToSchoolKids , do you have a transaction id? you should be able to find it on paypal history
