Update Sponge Forge

We should probably update SpongeForge for Direwolf20 1.10, even though they are beta versions, they have a Stable tag. From what i've read, there have been quite alot of optimization fixes regarding AE2 tile entities and more for SpongeForge verison 5.2.0

Is there no Bukkit for 1.10? Or sponge is better than bukkit?

For modpacks, sponge has a better promising future and compatibility

For servers with 1.10 and up the only way to install plugins on a modded server is sponge.
