You are premium, right? Only non premium users can withdraw money from lobby. It's a bug.

You can solve it following these steps:

1.- Join with a non premium account. Transfer the money from your current account to the non premium.

2.- Join to Ac with the non premium and withdraw the money.

3.- Transfer the money in Ac from your non premium to your premium account.
