Is it banneable to ask a player with /gm 1 to repair your sword?

Hi, i'm a regular player of hiipo plots and i recently got an op sword by using enchanted books, well lets go to the point. My sword is really op so i cant repair it sometimes, so, if i pay a player with /gm 1 and he repairs my sword, should i get banned?

If it is very op and you can't repair it should be illegal. Because the maximum of level for a repair is 39; if the anvil says "Too expensive", forget that sword
