I was supposedly banned for exploiting dynmap, but I can prove I wasn't

As you can see in the video, I was using it normally. I don't know how one would exploit it, nor do I understand why anyone would need to. It's easy enough to use normally.

Bulletproofmonk and ZLwb02 were banned for the same reason, using the same method. If you are to unban me, please unban them as well to save time for everyone.

You were not banned for exploiting dynmap, though that is what you were doing, you were banned for sharing the exploits with other players.

That's not an exploit, I'm simply using it.
And is there proof of my showing any kind of exploit?

I would prefer the assistance of someone other than quagma, if possible. I believe RandomNukes banned me, maybe he could help me. He's a good mod, and I feel he will be unbiased in his decision, whether it is to ban or to free.

The whole thing about the dynmap is that it tracks staff, which in case you weren't aware, is bannable. Now, the rule 19 part comes from pressumably you, or someone else in the clan, explaining how to use that to your advantage, along with sharing it with other players, such as your clan mates. As it technically is considered and exploit, and therefore explaining/exposing an exploit. So unless someone else has something to say about this, the ban will stay. (As well as it possibly expiring anyways)

If the definition of Exploit is: "make full use of and derive benefit from (a resource)." "Or to make use of meanly or unfairly for one's own advantage"

How does one benefit from Dynmap being the way it is? What is Advantageous about it?

The dynmap is actually not meant to track players/staff, but rather to be used for scouting ahead for places to set up your base

I hear you, Nukes, but I never realized that this was considered an exploit. It's so open and easily available. Perhaps I could receive a warning instead of a ban?

I considered it a feature to be used, since another server I play on has a dynmap as well, however theirs does not show players locations. I figured the Tekkit dynmap was intentional in showing locations.

Lowest punishment for a rule 19 offense is a 1d ban, a warning for it is not possible.
